There are two ways to request for the membership of Koyikkalethu Kudumbayogam
Option 1 : Online Form
Family members who are IT Literates can use the below link to register as a member. The Form has to be filled in by the applicant himself and the details furnished should be accurate. Once submitted, the data captured from the form will be processed by our back-end team. The requester will receive a notification through WhatsApp/Email once the membership is awarded.
Option 2: Print, Fill and send
Family members can download the physical form from the below link, print it and fill the form manually.
Send the filled form to the authorities in any of the two ways
